Nagpur, Dec 15 - Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis today announced that 20 bills will be presented during the Winter Session of the Maharashtra Legislature, following the cabinet expansion that saw 39 ministers taking oath. Speaking at a press conference at Ramgiri, CM Fadnavis emphasized that "dynamic governance has begun in Maharashtra from today."
