Inter-School Dance Competition organised with the theme 'Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat'.
Cultural Foundation of India in collaboration with Prerna International School organized an Inter School Dance Competition to hone the dancing skills of the students, on 11th September 2023 at Suresh Bhat Auditorium with the theme 'Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat'. The competition was held in three categories: Classical, Western and Folk dance styles in which students from 20 states participated.
True to the theme, the vivacious dancers set the floor on fire with their energetic performances and this was a reflection of their passion and hard work. The choreography, rhythm, synchronization and presentation of all the students were very good.
In this event the students of Prerna International School bagged the 1st prize in Western Junior Group, the 2nd prize in Senior Group and the 2nd prize in Classical Junior Group too. The Performance of the Year was also nailed by Prerna International School.
The judges congratulated the winners and appreciated the performance of all the children and also encouraged them to participate more in such competitions to enhance their talents. The dance teachers Mr. Rohit Patankar, Mr. Sachin Paunikar and Mrs. Nita Hirekar, were also being appreciated for their expertise and hard work.
Dr. SC Gulhane, the Secretary of Prerna Sewa Mandal, Miss. Abhilasha Gudadhe, the CEO of Prerna Sewa Mandal alongwith Mrs. Sanyogita Patil the Principal of Prerna Convent School and Mrs Dimple Sakhare the of Prerna International School were also there to boost up the energy of the participants. The event was also attended by Mrs. Shubhangi Udar, Mrs. Pournima Gaidhane and Mrs. Soma Jana the Vice Principals, Mrs Jayshree Lambat, Mr Muhid Khan the Supervisors and the entire teaching and non teaching staff.
