Nagpur Police nabs 3 accused in case of dacoity of 4.40 crores within 5 hours
Crime Branch (Detection), Nagpur City, nabbed the accused in a case of dacoity of 4.40 crores under the jurisdiction of Police Station Vadner District Wardha.
As soon as the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch (Detection), Nagpur city received the information that 4.40 crores of dacoity has taken place in Wardha area and the accused are coming towards Nagpur after committing robbery ,Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Branch (Detection) himself as well as Night Round Officer Police Deputy Commissioner Zone 02 along with Crime Branch Unit no. 01 ,Unit 3 and Unit 4 formed different teams to search for the suspected vehicle and the accused.
Police was successful in nabbing all the three accused. No 1) Brijpal Singh Thakur. Vehicle No MH-31 EQ 0909 used in the crime was seized from him.Accused no 2) Nane Aleem Shaikh resident of Gittikhadan Nagpur. Accused no 3) Dinesh Wasnik Resident of Gittikhadan.
When all accused 01 to 3 were detained and interrogated, it was found that accused 01 to 03 had committed the said crime. Also a total of Rs.3,25,00,000/- of cash was recovered from the accused in the said crime.
Cash and vehicle recovered have been handed over to Wardha Police. Further investigation is being done by Wardha Police..
